I have been doing these podcast now for a couple months and its starting to pick up for me. a Very good  look honestly, this way i can distribute my music for free, and people can enjoy my mixes for free all u have to do is go to the website and subscribe via I-TUNES (totally free) and every time i upload a new podcast it will automatically download into your i tunes podcast directory....
